Uncorking Champagne and Sparkling Wines with Kevin Hart of Hart & Cru
So many choices to consider in the champagne, or is it sparkling wine, department. Hart & Cru’s Kevin Hart, an experienced local sommelier, introduces us to six choices of bubbles for the new year.
Let me first introduce you to Hart, a familiar face around Cincinnati’s top restaurants including David Falk’s Boca where he served as their somm and general manager for a number of years. Two years ago, he got the itch to go on his own and launched Hart & Cru, a concierge-style consulting services focusing on artisanal wines. He regularly offers tastings and events at Design Lab in Over-the-Rhine next to Music Hall.
