Estate Wine Dinner at via vite tonight

The “estate” dinner at via vite tonight starting with a reception at 6:30 p.m. is the second of a series of four dinners offered by Chef/Owner Cristian Pietoso and Chef di Cuisine Mark Bodenstein.

The dinner features five courses and five wine pairings from Southern Italy: Cantina Terredora in Campania and Cantele Winery in Puglia with a seasonal cocktail from Watershed Distillery. The menu will highlight seasonal ingredients including summer beans, basil, tomatoes and eggplant with sourcing from local farmers.

Cost is $55 per person (plus tax/gratuity) and reservations can be made by visiting the via vite website.
