City Club Apartments, located at 309 Vine Street in downtown Cincinnati, began welcoming its first residents this month to fill the 294 beautifully designed apartments with modern amenities.

The 11-story, 300,000-square-foot building built in 1928 was originally an annex to the PNC Tower. In the 1800s, it was the site of The Burnet Hotel, known for hosting President-elect Lincoln on his inaugural journey to Washington D.C. on February 12, 1861.

Back to the amenities: a 6,000-square-foot rooftop restaurant and bar with private dining rooms and spectacular views of the Ohio River, Roebling Bridge, stadiums and the Cincinnati skyline, rooftop dog park, 24/7 concierge, Sky Park and Sky Club featuring gourmet kitchen, entertainment, two rooftop terraces with indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, grilling stations, fire pit and Zen Garden, professional fitness center, valet parking and 330 parking spaces and a conference and business center.

If you are interested in making the move to downtown, it would be worth your while to take a tour and visit with the sales team in the leasing center. For more information, visit
