Ruth's Chris’ Classic American Bourbon Dinner set for January 18

Ruth’s Chris is hosting a Classic American Bourbon Dinner on Friday, Jan. 18, 6:30 p.m. with a four-course meal featuring our famous sizzling steak paired with live jazz and four amazing bourbons, including Makers 46, Knob Creek Rye Cask, Basil Hayden Dark Rye and Bakers.

Cost per person is $110 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Reservations are available by visiting their website.

The menu by course:

First Course

Bacon wrapped scallops with mango chutney paired with a New Fashion with Knob Creek Rye Cask

Second Course

Balsamic roasted pear salad with bleu cheese crumbles paired with Pomegranate Smash with Basil Hayden Dark Rye

Third Course

Choice of 12 oz. Ribeye with charred onion jam or 8 oz. Filet with charred onion jam paired with Manhattan Eastside with Bakers with accompaniments of mac & cheese and roasted root vegetables 

Dessert Course

Cherry Cobbler paired with Milk Punch with Makers 46
