Frisch’s Big Boy has added a new hamburger to its menu featuring the popular Spicy Tartar Sauce that was introduced earlier this spring just in time for National Hamburger Day celebrated on May 28.

THE BAD BOY™ features 1/4 lb. of beef patties with Pepper Jack cheese, lettuce, pickle and Frisch's Spicy Tartar Sauce on a double decker bun and is available at all Frisch’s Big Boy restaurants.

THE BIG BOY® sandwich dates back to 1946 when Dave Frisch began selling BIG BOY® hamburgers at Frisch's Mainliner Drive-In in Mariemont, a suburb of Cincinnati.

“THE BAD BOY™ was developed as an outgrowth of very enthusiastic guest response to our Spicy Tartar Sauce, introduced on National Tartar Sauce Day this year,” said Todd Napier, Vice President of Marketing for Frisch’s Big Boy. “It’s a fresh take on our classic THE BIG BOY®sandwich that our guests have enjoyed for more than 70 years.”
