The Patty Brisben Foundation for Women’s Sexual Health (PBF) announced an upcoming speaker series designed to educate and empower local women to take charge of their sexual well-being. The Foundation was formed as a non-profit in 2006 by Pure Romance Founder and Chairwoman Patty Brisben.
PBF operates with the mission to advocate for women’s sexual health by funding research, providing education, partnering with community organizations, and connecting individuals to resources. To date, PBF has provided over 2 million dollars in grant money to researchers, educators and organizations working toward improvements in women’s sexual wellness.
In keeping with the foundation’s vision to improve knowledge and awareness of women’s sexual health, PBF is proud to announce its first ever FREE public event series: #SexualHealthMatters. The series aims to bring community members and sexual health experts together for connection and conversation in a relaxed and social setting. Mixing fun and education, the series will highlight a variety of sexual health topics affecting women and PBF encourages attendees to share questions and stories during these engaging sessions.
