About Moving Arts Cincinnati

Moving Arts was founded this year by Cincinnati Ballet principal dancer Cervilio Amador and former Cincinnati Ballet principal dancer, current Executive Director of the Sacramento Ballet/ Co Artistic Director of Kansas City Dance Festival Anthony Krutzkamp, and Logan Pachciarz Co Artistic Director of Kansas City Dance Festival. Our vision is to extend the dance season, keeping it alive in the city of Cincinnati during the summer months when performances are limited. Moving Arts is an opportunity for renowned and up and coming choreographers to showcase their work and for dancers to explore the arts, collaborate with other regional company dancers, and perform in new cities, all while maintaining a high physical condition. We also envision blending the world of arts, creating an experience like no other. Imagine having the opportunity to see visually intriguing choreography, hear the unconventional sound of an electric violin, eat artfully displayed food, and see a painting being created onsite, all in one place. Along with our performances we will provide the opportunity for our artists to assist in educational outreach to Cincinnati schools. This includes, but is not limited to: master classes, lecturing, and mentoring. This is our vision and we hope to create an inspiring environment for our community, audience, and artists.
