City Club Apartments officially opens

City Club Apartments LLC celebrated the Grand Opening of City Club Apartments CBD Cincinnati, the luxury apartment, furnished short-term, penthouse and mixed-use community, with a ceremony hosted this evening by Cincinnati Mayor John Cranley and City Club Apartments Chairman and CEO Jonathan Holtzman.

“We are thrilled to celebrate the official grand opening of this highly integrated and historic mixed-use community,” said Holtzman. “It was a tremendous honor to redevelop this historic property and we have taken our responsibility in that regard very seriously. This is a beautiful community in a great location and we are going to deliver an outstanding amenity to Downtown Cincinnati that will certainly raise the bar on many levels.”

Located at the corner of Vine and Odgen Place, City Club Apartments CBD Cincinnati includes 294 luxury rental apartments with 24/7 concierge service and valet parking along with 45,000-square-feet of street level retail, restaurant and office space including an 11,000-square-foot market, all of which will open this summer.

City Club Apartments Cincinnati features a 6,000-square-foot rooftop restaurant and bar with private dining rooms and spectacular views of the Ohio River, Roebling Suspension Bridge, both stadiums and the Cincinnati skyline. The Sky Park and Sky Club features a gourmet kitchen, two rooftop terraces with indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, grilling stations, a fire pit and Zen Garden. Dog owners will enjoy the rooftop bark park as well as full-service, on-site doggy day care.

The historic 309 Vine building was originally an annex to the PNC Tower. In the 1800s, it was the site of The Burnet Hotel, known for hosting President-elect Lincoln on his inaugural journey to Washington D.C. in 1861.
