If your morning routine involves coffee before conversation, this weekend is for you.

The Cincinnati Coffee Festival is brewing up two days of caffeine, creativity and a whole latte fun at Cincinnati Music Hall, October 24–25.

And we’re talking WAY more than your average coffee run.

More than 60 booths will fill the Music Hall Ballroom with local and regional coffee roasters, tea shops, bakers, chocolatiers and specialty food vendors. Think of it as a coffee lover's dream shopping trip, complete with plenty of samples along the way.

A little friendly competition

Ever wonder how baristas create those fancy hearts and flowers on top of your latte?

You'll get a front-row seat to the artistry throughout the weekend with Latte Art in Action demonstrations. And on Saturday, things get competitive with the Latte Art Throwdown, where baristas go head-to-head for prize money and the title of Supreme Latte Artist of Greater Cincinnati.

There's plenty more brewing, including educational seminars, live music and opportunities to meet the people behind some of your favorite local brands.

Sip for a cause

Here's something worth raising your mug to: The festival benefits Ohio River Foundation, which works to protect and improve the water quality and ecology of the Ohio River and its watershed.

And there's a pretty obvious connection. Great coffee starts with great water.

The festival puts that mission into practice with recycling and composting efforts. Guests are encouraged to bring reusable mugs for sampling, too.

So you can discover your next favorite roast while supporting cleaner waterways. We’ll drink to that.

The daily grind

General admission is available for each day, with additional options for earlier entry, VIP access and weekend passes. Once you’re inside, you can stay until closing.

And if you're bringing a tiny coffee companion, children under 5 get in free.

One tip: Buy your tickets in advance. Entry times have limited capacity (some are already sold out!), and advance purchases offer the best selection and pricing.

Whether you're a coffee connoisseur, a tea enthusiast or just someone who appreciates a good pastry with their morning brew, there's something here to perk up your weekend.
